Welcome to Music Monday, where I share a little music with you. My plan is to post a link to some of my music or someone else's on the second and fourth Mondays of the month. It could be any type of music from art (classical) to up-and-coming musicians and colleagues, to mainstream pop. After all, it is part of music appreciation and musical growth! Enjoy!
This week, it's "The Preacher Said, 'Jesus Said'" by Johnny Cash and Billy Graham. This one's a little different than the other Johnny Cash song I posted. :)
Speaking of Billy Graham, his son Franklin heads up Samaritan's Purse, which does some really wonderful things around the world! You might be familiar with Operation Christmas Child (a great program in itself!), but they do so much more! Just scroll through Franklin Graham's Instagram feed (you can also check out the Samaritan's Purse Instagram feed), and you'll see a lot of great work brought to bad situations.
Let me know in the comments, what's your favorite non-profit or not-for-profit?
P.S. Check out the Music Monday archives here.
